The content displayed as columns of links in the footer can be controlled from within the admin.
There are 5 columns (as per design) with 5 menus:
In order to populate those menus, a user with administrator privileges needs to log in into the backend and got to: 'Content > Shop Pages'
The next step would be to click the 'Add group' button located in the bottom-left corner.
There are 2 values that needs to be provided In the 'New group' popup (screengrab 01):
1) Description: this is the name of the group visible in the menu on the left-hand side (English Footer Menu One) - when creating this, try to make the names descriptive and adapt a convention, which will make it easier to work with and maintain those pages (screengrab 02)
2) Template variable: this is a variable that is used this the template to generate the code - sFooterMenuOne
If you're not sure about the 'Template variable' name, make it descriptive, and memorise or write down that name for future use (if needed).
For example you can create a "temporary" page group, for pages that are "in progress" like this:
Description: In progress
Template variable: inProgress, or in_progress, in_progress_01, etc. (letters, numbers, and underscores)
This is not a requirement, just a convention that I have adapted.
For the menu headings text we got snippets (from left to right): sFooterShopNavi1, sFooterShopNavi2, sFooterShopNavi3, sFooterShopNavi4, sFooterShopNavi5
