We work in two ways:
- Retainers - ongoing work with clients, details can be found in the section How we manage retainers
- Projects - Typically site builds or re-platforms, details can be found in the section How we manage projects
By working on a retained model we can predict our monthly revenue and manage the team more effectively. Until 2016 we had no development retainers, since then we have worked to move every client onto a retainer model, finally achieving 100% retained in February 2019.
This move has made the agency revenues predictable and is key to allowing us to grow the team and improve our service offering.
It is vitally important for our continued growth to manage our retainer clients well and make sure we have satisfied clients.
